Here we are headed into Thanksgiving week and the hustle and bustle of the season is starting. Whether you’re hosting or house hopping tis the season to be busy. Take time for yourself, breathe through the chaos, enjoy the moments with family and friends and hopefully these mantles can help inspire you’re decorating.
Mantles are my new obsession. So easy to dress up and so easy to change the entire vibe of the room. Even if you don’t have a fireplace you can create a faux mantle with a shelf and corbels. Depending on the materials, finished and colors you use your mantle can be Modern to rustic to farmhouse to industrial and then the items you put on your mantle can change the overall aesthetic too. I’m not one to stick with one style for too long. I like to mix and match, trendy and timeless and just stuff I’m currently in love with.
For fall MODERN, SIMPLICITY. PUMPKINS and GREENERY were the biggest trends I was noticing on Pinterest and Instagram. I’ve collected some of my favorite mantlescapes to share with you below.
@nellyfriedel is giving me all the Joanna Gaines “German schemer” vibes with her gorgeous white washed brick fireplace! Such a beautiful elegant rustic feature dressed up with simple greenery and vintage books.
This beauty is from @onekingslane loving the all white brick with black trim! Also isn’t it funny how we get so obsessed with things that have been around forever like EUCALYPTUS 🌿 I know I can’t get enough of it and it wasn’t on my radar a year ago.

pkin points for creativity from these two ladies! @idreamofhomemaking is probably my personal favorite of the season the way she layered her fall signs and that barn door is beautiful. I love the waterfall of pumpkins Erin from @cottonstem created along with a gorgeous green garland and big wood sign wall art. As much as I love a collage wall I'm equally enjoying one BIG mantle sign. The pumpkin patch signs from @Harpergrayce have been very popular among the mantle scene for a reason … the craftsmanship and beautiful wood she uses are one of a kind.

lesticks are returning and I'm loving them. Cynthia from @harperandarrowmarketplace displayed her vintage candlesticks with simple greenery and hoops while @jordandunaway used a wood bead garland with her modern black candlesticks.

le from @alliececilblog makes a this cozy space ready for loved ones to gather for a thanksgiving meal.
The last mantle on this Monday is a beauty. It's a hybrid of thanksgiving and Christmas which is just round the corner eek! Making your spaces and mantles flexible and easy to change really allows for your creativity to flourish and decor to flow from season to season.
